Using KSP
KSP is a marketplace where buyers can browse listings and place orders and approved sellers can publish products. Users must provide accurate information and must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.
Listings and sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product titles, descriptions, prices, condition information and any delivery estimate they provide. KSP may review, restrict or remove listings that do not meet marketplace requirements.
Orders and payment
KSP checkout currently supports cash on delivery. Online wallet payment is not currently enabled in checkout. Order availability may change if a product becomes unavailable before fulfilment.
Delivery
Delivery timing can vary by seller and destination. KSP only displays a delivery estimate when one has been provided for the listing. Shipping charges are not currently calculated by KSP checkout.
Seller applications
Submitting a seller application does not guarantee approval. KSP reviews seller applications before seller access is activated. Applicants must accept the current Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Changes
KSP may update these terms as marketplace features and policies develop. Material operational rules that are not yet defined will not be presented as if they already exist.
