Information KSP collects
KSP may collect account details, contact information, delivery details, order information, and information submitted in seller applications. Seller applications currently include full name, phone number, email when provided, CNIC and shop name.
Why this information is used
We use information to provide account features, process and display orders, support marketplace operations, review seller applications, manage seller access, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
Seller identity information
CNIC information is collected for seller review and account-management purposes. It is not intended to be displayed publicly on product pages. Seller applicants must accept this Privacy Policy and the KSP Terms before submitting an application.
Service providers
KSP uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, including Vercel and Supabase. Information needed to operate the service may be processed through those systems.
Data retention
KSP keeps information while it is needed for marketplace operations, account administration, support, security, and record-keeping. A fixed retention period has not yet been published for every data type.
